We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Mobile-Boutique.com. Please review our returns policy carefully:
Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted, but the customer is responsible for shipping. There is a 20% restocking fee for returns.
- To be eligible for a refund, you must notify us of the damage or defect within 10 days of receiving your order. Please provide clear photographic evidence of the damaged item(s) and the packaging. A refund will be issued for the broken/damaged product as stated below.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Refunds for Damaged Items
- Refunds will only be issued for the specific item(s) confirmed to be damaged or defective.
- For example, if you purchase a pack of 10 beads and only 1 bead is damaged, you will receive a refund equivalent to the value of that single damaged bead, not the entire pack.
- We will NOT ship replacements for the damaged items.
- Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5 business days.
How to Initiate a Refund for damaged items
- Contact us via the contact information on the receipt within 10 days of delivery.
- Provide your order number and clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging and number of beads with damage.
- We will then be in touch for your refund of the damaged items.
