Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Mobile-Boutique.com. Please review our returns policy carefully:

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted, but the customer is responsible for shipping. There is a 20% restocking fee for returns.
  • To be eligible for a refund, you must notify us of the damage or defect within 10 days of receiving your order. Please provide clear photographic evidence of the damaged item(s) and the packaging. A refund will be issued for the broken/damaged product as stated below.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Refunds for Damaged Items

  • Refunds will only be issued for the specific item(s) confirmed to be damaged or defective.
  • For example, if you purchase a pack of 10 beads and only 1 bead is damaged, you will receive a refund equivalent to the value of that single damaged bead, not the entire pack.
  • We will NOT ship replacements for the damaged items. 
  • Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5 business days.

How to Initiate a Refund for damaged items

  1. Contact us via the contact information on the receipt within 10 days of delivery.
  2. Provide your order number and clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging and number of beads with damage.
  3. We will then be in touch for your refund of the damaged items.
