Back Orders:

The inventory on this website is updated regularly. Due to the difficulty of constantly monitoring stock, the inventory is approximately 99% accurate. When an item runs out, we do not back order it. If you purchase an item that is no longer available a refund will be issued ASAP. Please note that it does take time for the refunds to appear on your statement due to the routing through the banking systems. If an item is still available through our vendor(s), out-of-stock items will be replaced as quickly as possible. Check back often for restocked items.

Sales Tax:

We are required to collect 6% State sales tax on orders shipped to a Michigan address.

Metal Information:

All our products are made of base metal materials. We do not carry Sterling Silver or any actual gold products unless it is noted in the description. Some of our beads may contain lead or other chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects, and other reproductive harm if ingested. We recommend that you wash your hands after handling, and keep all beads away from small children and infants. Do not eat or suck on our beads please. According to the Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986, California retailers must warn their customers if items contain chemicals that may cause harm.
